Personal chef

For a special occasion such as, a birthday or an anniversary, or simply because you don’t want to go out to a restaurant, a family meal during the summer holidays or week on the ski slopes, an elegant affair with waiters, or a relaxed evening with friends.

At your home or in your garden, at your workplace or a hired location, I will work with you to agree a menu, and can even recommend the wines (or beer) to complement the meal.

I will buy the ingredients and cook (and clean-up) in your kitchen. If the dinner party is taking place away from home, I can provide the flatware, cutlery and glasses, too.

Example menus

Menù n°1

  • Courgette tarte tatin with courgette flowers, stracciatella cheese and confit cherry tomatoes
  • Fresh troffie pasta with a prawn, pea and lime sauce
  • Steamed lobster in a light shellfish stew with vegetable caviar
  • Citrus fruit salad flavoured with star anise and served with home-made vanilla ice-cream.

Menù n°2

  • Fresh tortelli pasta with an aubergine, pine nut and crescenza cream cheese sauce flavoured with marjoram
  • Roast loin of lamb with tomatoes and candied courgettes, served with a black olive Viennese biscuit
  • A crispy and creamy dark chocolate (cake/tart?) with Bronte pistachio nuts.

Menù n°3

  • Cream of Jerusalem artichoke soup with marinated egg yolk and black truffle garnish
  • Risotto of red chicory from Treviso, quail breast and toasted hazlenuts
  • A fillet of grilled seabass, with scallops, jellied Carmagnola peppers and puntarelle.

Prices start from €40 per person for a minimum of 6 people.
