I asked Marco to prepare a buffet dinner party for my wife’s 30th birthday. The dinner he prepared, for 50 people, was a finger-buffet of the highest standard. Everything was served, prepared and organized perfectly, it was handled professionally and was very elegant. The food was amazing and accompanied by a selection of excellent wines. I will definitely do this again and can’t recommend Marco strongly enough. It was FABULOUS.

We really fell on our feet when we found Marco. We contacted him in 2014 to help with the opening of a new bistro bar in Turin, Boka. He didn’t just create the menu, recommend the choice of wines, and find suppliers, but he also designed the layout of the kitchen and helped us to select the right staff. We were very satisfied indeed.

The evening was perfect. Marco and his team delighted the palates of all my guests (some of whom are known for being difficult to please). I was impressed by the choice of ingredients, the variety of the dishes, the artistic layout and his great ability to keep on top of the smallest detail during an event that lasted from 7pm until 2 am. There are only a couple of months until my next party, I don’t know yet where I will hold it, but I will certainly be calling on Marco and his team again.
